1. Professional Scope of Work
We provide expert consultancy in space planning, modular kitchen and wardrobe design, and vendor coordination. The specific technical deliverables for your project will be detailed in your personalized project quotation.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate site dimensions (if providing their own) and ensuring the site is ready for scheduled inspections. Any delays in site access or approvals may result in a recalibration of the project timeline.
3. Payment & Financial Terms
Projects are billed based on a milestone-based structure. Work on each phase (Design, Procurement, Installation) will commence only upon receipt of the agreed-upon percentage of payment. All prices quoted are subject to applicable taxes.
4. Execution & Vendor Liability
While we provide rigorous site supervision and quality checks, we act as a coordinator between you and independent vendors. We ensure high-level oversight, but the primary warranty for specific hardware or appliances lies with the respective third-party manufacturers.
5. Design Intellectual Property
All conceptual drawings, 3D renders, and technical layouts created during the process remain the intellectual property of the designer. These materials are provided for the sole use of the client’s specific project and may not be reproduced for other purposes without written consent.
6. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable to pay for all work completed and materials procured up to the date of notice.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
